SLOW TRAVEL / JEJU

Give Jeju a smaller itinerary.

Choose one corner of the island, and leave space between the places.

A good island day does not have to reach every side of the island. Try building it around one area and one main reason to go.

Choose the anchor

Start with the part of the day that matters most to you: a coastal walk, a landscape, a meal or time beside the water. Then choose a nearby second stop only if it makes the day simpler.

This is a planning method, not a specific route recommendation. Use the official destination map to check where your choices sit in relation to each other before committing to a journey.

Plan the way back first

Before setting out, check how you will return to your accommodation. If using public transport, look up the current route and service times. If driving, consider parking and how tired you might be at the end of the day.

Keep an indoor alternative

Weather may change what feels enjoyable or practical. Save one nearby indoor option, and check its access details rather than assuming it will be open when you need it. Choosing a shorter outing is a complete plan, too.

A simple day shape

One main stop → a meal or rest → one optional nearby stop. Keep the final stop optional instead of rushing through the first.
